With this podcast, we discuss a range of topics from fitness to philosophy, arts, science and technology, but with an underlying focus on self improvement, developing a healthy mindset and all the life lessons you can learn along the way. And of course, we’ll have a bit of craic while we’re at it.
The purpose of this website is to act as source of additional content that we discuss in each weeks show. We will be archiving all show episodes, along with all the different topics and talking points covered.
But at the same time, we will be including ‘further reading’ links, sources of information we used when researching each episode, as well as bonus content we think you will find interesting.
As time goes on, we will be working on side projects that support and compliment the ethos behind Druid’s Exchange – sharing information, providing value, and taking you along for the ride as we journey into Wonderland to see how deep the rabbit holes go.
